Damon Matusz

Damon Matusz was born in Ohio, moving to Plano,Tx when he was 8 years old. Hehas been in the DFW area ever since and is proud to be a Texan. Damon receivedan Exercise Science degree from UNT and a Physical Therapy degree from UTSouthwestern at Dallas. This allowed him to learn the intricacies of the human bodyand how to help it heal, while also fulfilling his calling for serving and helpingothers a majority of which were older adults and seniors. 


Damon seamlessly transitioned to real estate in 2019, applying the same quality ofcare, concern, professionalism, attention to detail, good-natured humor, and skillfulnegotiation techniques to the benefit of his real estate clients. In July 2021, Damonadded the CSHP designation (Certified Senior Housing Professional) to continueliving out his passion for helping active older adults and seniors, as well as their families, navigate the often overwhelming and daunting task of downsizing into asmaller home or senior living community. His LLC, SALT DFW (SALT stands for SeniorAdult Living Transitions) leverages experienced vetted resources in key areas toease the burden of this later in life transition.
